Spalutions! is owned by Felicia Brown, LMBT and is based out of Greensboro, NC. The company's primary goal is to help spas of all types (day, resort, destination, wellness, medical) prosper and succeed, as well as all of the professionals who are a part of these businesses.

Spalutions! provides coaching and business consulting for all areas of the spa. This includes business start-up, client and staff communications, internal policies and procedures, marketing and advertising, staff selection, retention and training, management, client attraction and retention, business development, product and equipment selection, and many other issues. Professional Spa Shopper Evaluations are also available in some areas for constructive feedback about specific services or service providers within your business. Individual tutoring, coaching or mentoring of your staff members is available in most situations.

Spalutions! also provides on-site training at spas across the US through a variety of classes. Current classes include Front Desk Mastery, Boomerang Marketing, Retail Sales Mastery, Goal Setting, Preventing Harassment and Sexual Harassment (ethics), and Diversity Training (ethics) and various other business topics. Hands-on classes currently include Waterless Spa Treatments I & II and Spa Hand & Foot Treatments.

Continuing Education Classes have been offered through both state and national chapters of the American Massage Therapy Association, trade shows including the Day Spa Expo and the Southern Spa and Salon Conference, and the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Salon Conference (IECSC). Spalutions! is an Approved Provider for the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
